I recently transitioned to a new role in my company. I'm leading a new team that focuses on infrastructure, network, and application security. Basically we've structured the team in such a way that we can fight fires (a server is down, etc) but we also have bandwidth to work on long term projects that improve security or reliability.

We work closely with the support, QA, and development teams and one of our members is in every development sprint to help with CI/CD or any ad-hoc needs (what some people may refer to as "DevOps").

This structure is a significant improvement for us but because we've been so focused on development, and just now have the need to create a new team for sysadmin, security, and ops related tasks that we're not sure of the appropriate name of the new team, or what my title should be as manager of this team. I'm personally not fond of the term "DevOps" in job or team titles, feel free to change my mind.
