借用SMTP(簡單郵件傳輸協議)和163郵箱來發送郵件.

使用方法:

python3 sendemail.py

這個程式我已經執行過了,沒有問題,163郵箱是我隨便註冊的,隨便任何人使用.
不過目前這個程式的接受人是我,所以你執行的話,希望更換一下接收人.
