1. Overview
1.1 Goal
Goal is a single statement of the overall long term aim of the project. Keycharacteristics of a project goal are that; it provides a reason for theproject, there is only one goal, it is reasonably focussed and achievable.
1.2 Objectives
Objectives is are the specific results expected from the project by itscompletion. Words like improve, reduce, develop are often found in objectivestatements.
1.3 Outputs
Outputs are the identifiable results of project activities. for example in aproject involving training, outputs may be the number of men and women trainedbut could also be the skills learned.
2. Key Design Decision
list the design decision which has a great influence for the change/acitivityof relate components.
3. Activities
Identify what is the work that will be performed on the project
4. Resources
Identify who will be involved and what will be their responsibilities withinthe project
5. Timeline
Give an indicative timeline/schedule for the different project activities
6. Risk and Risk Mangement
Identify major risks that may potentially interfere with the successfulimplementation of the project and strategies to manage those risks.
