As building Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions on AWS increasingly becomes an area of focus for APN Partners like you, we want to ensure we’re providing you with both business and technical documents and resources to help you as you get started.
To that end, I’m excited to announce that we’ve just released a new document on the
Common solution components – There are a number of aspects that we recommend be handled apart from the core solution related functional components, such as billing, monitoring, and analytics. We discuss these components in detail.
SaaS solution AWS architecture patterns – A solution can be deployed in multiple ways on AWS. We discuss typical models that help with the requirements around a multi-tenant SaaS deployment, along with considerations for each of those cases.
This whitepaper focuses on the technology / architecture, and doesn’t address business and process-related aspects, such as software vendor licensing, SLAs, pricing models, and DevOps practice considerations.
