Amazon Connect 和 Amazon Lex 聊天機器人
藉助 Amazon Connect，您可以快速輕鬆地建立基於雲的聯絡中心，從而建立動態聯絡流，為呼叫方提供個性化體驗。Amazon Lex 是一種可以建立智慧對話“聊天機器人”的服務，您可以利用它將聯絡流變為自然對話。呼叫方可以執行各種任務，例如更改密碼、查詢賬戶餘額或安排預約，無需與代理通話。
連線到 Amazon Connect 聯絡流的 Amazon Lex 聊天機器人可以使用支援 Amazon Alexa 的相同技術識別人類語音，以確定呼叫方的意圖。這些聊天機器人還可以解析呼叫方在鍵盤上輸入的雙音多頻訊號 (DTMF) 數字，以確定其意圖，方法與它在呼叫方說話時使用的確定方法相同。您還可以將 AWS Lambda 函式與 Amazon Lex 聊天機器人結合使用，來查詢您的業務應用程式、向呼叫方反饋資訊以及處理呼叫方請求。Amazon Lex 聊天機器人還會保留客戶互動的上下文並管理對話，根據客戶輸入動態調整回覆。
