Hi Marco. The version of StoredIQ from the PartnerWorld distribution should never really be deployed. It is the original version of 7.6.0.0 and you would need to install 11 updates to get it to the current version of 7.6.0.11 which is the version that supports the Regular Expression Annotator that you are trying to set up.
Please always use IBM Fix Central at the link provided below to access the most recent version of StoredIQ.
You should discard your current setup and redeploy StoredIQ using the OVAs from the link above.
