問題：當 app 處於後臺和關閉時，無法接收 pushmessage

當app 處於後臺的無法收到push message的解決方法：我也不知道，後面是老大說配置錯了，然後改了之後，就可以接收了。

當 app 關閉的時候無法接收 push message 的解決方法：官方回覆我如下：

原本的priority是5，後來改成10。（我也不知道這是什麼意思）

ps：檢查專案工程中的 Capabilities中的 BackgroundModes是否開啟 remote notification。

另外虛擬機器無法獲取device token
