首先開啟cmd，然後進入pip.exe所在的scripts路徑。

安裝順序就是numpy，Scipy，matplotlib，sklearn。

首先是更新一下pip （確保pip能使用）

然後將setuptools, numpy, python-dateutil, pytz, pyparsing, cycler,matplotlib分別代替最後的pip並執行
