使用pip工具時，遇到【ERROR -3】

天真的我一開始以為是pip工具出問題了，解除安裝並重裝pip後，仔細檢查發現是DNS配置出了問題，域名伺服器是本機IP地址：127.0.0.1，所以修改域名伺服器。
sudo gedit /etc/resolv.conf #開啟DNS編輯器
**在開啟的編輯器的最下方，補充一下內容**
nameserver 8.8.8.8 #DNS
nameserver 114.114.114.114 #DNS2
編輯完成後，儲存並更新（或關閉當前終端）即可。
