看了網上好多帖子，有的人不明白為啥改了沒效果，其實這個是因為，zabbix_agentd.conf配置文件的Server的值和WEB主機IP不一致導致的
我的情況是：我自己將zabbix_agentd.conf已經配置過具體配置如下：
PidFile=/var/run/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.pid
LogFile=/var/log/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.log
LogFileSize=0
Server=192.168.10.104 # 填寫zabbix_server服務端 的 IP
ServerActive=192.168.10.104 #填寫zabbix_server服務端 的 IP
Hostname=test #名字隨意
Include=/etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.d/*.conf
這時報錯，意思連接172.0.0.1沒有響應，那就將這個接口IP改為zabbix_server的IP與Server=192.168.10.104 一樣
點擊【更新】然後刷新頁面，如果無響應就重啟httpd服務
OK問題已解決
相關服務重啟命令：
systemctl restart httpd
systemctl restart mariadb
systemctl restart zabbix_server
