.net core 設置讀取JSON配置文件 appsettings.json

Startup.cs 中

使用.AddJsonFile("appsettings.json", optional: true, reloadOnChange: true)這種方法可以保證可以修改正在運行的dotnet core 程序，不需要重啟程序

使用Newtonsoft.Json 查詢/修改，以及修改 appsettings.json 文件
