解決步驟：
1.開啟終端（cmd），輸入命令：ping 192.30.253.112 發現連線超時；輸入命令：ping github.com 顯示超時。
2.開啟 hosts檔案，地址：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc 看是否是預設配置。預設配置如下：

如果不是，還原成預設配置。

看自己的ip地址（我的是聯通的）：
4.在終端輸入命令：ping github.com 如果還是超時，則開啟http://ping.chinaz.com/https://github.com，搜尋github的ip地址，
查詢結果：
然後在hosts檔案中新增：

在終端輸入 ping github.com,如果通了，就可以了
