由於自定義報表儲存在使用者A的My folders資料夾下，其他人不可見，所以必須通過以下方式來訪問到這些報表。
1.用管理員身份，進入IBM Cognos Administration
2.找到Security標籤下的Users, Groups, and Roles
3.找到同事A的user
4.訪問到該使用者的My Folders
5.剪下/複製報表到使用者B的My Folders資料夾下
