1 一般過去式

1.1 形式

謂語動詞變成過去式.
A 過去經常的狀態：主語 + was/were
B過去的習慣動作：主語+did（過去式）

1.2 動詞變化

1)一般情況+ed。call:called,air:aired
2)以字母e結尾+d。live:lived,love:loved
3)以輔元輔（漢堡堡結構），將子音字母雙寫+ed。stop:stopped.

1.3 用法

1 發生在過去的事情,完全發生在過去與現在無關。
Mary and I talked about your book hours ago.
Mom was a student when he was ten years old.
注意：
She had a bodfriend.（過去有一個男朋友，現在沒有了）
Tom was a student.（tom曾經是個學生，現在不是學生了）

1.4 否定/疑問

1.4.1 be

1 否定：加not
You were happy.
You were not happy.
2)疑問:be 動詞提前
Were you happy?

1.3.2 實義動詞did

1)否定:加入did not，動詞還原
They had a meetting.
They did not have a meetting.
2疑問：藉助did提前，動詞還原
Did they have a meetting?
