在Spring Cloud中使用斷路器後可能會遇到：com.netflix.hystrix.contrib.javanica.exception.FallbackDefinitionException: fallback method wasn't found

這是因為指定的 備用方法 和 原方法 的引數型別，個數不同造成的。需要統一引數列表，修改成：
